Good afternoon team☀️🔥 I’ve got something exciting to add to our routine — starting next week, we’ll be introducing Morning Jogs to help us build more consistency, discipline, and endurance 🏃‍♂️💨 We’ll be jogging every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning💪 It’s a great way to start the day strong, clear the mind, and boost our energy for the rest of the day! Let’s show up together and push each other — remember, it’s not about being the fastest, it’s about showing up and staying committed. 🙌 Wandile Tshuma
